Improving the quality for all our residents is most important to me and my team. In D1, we work to achieve this goal through deliberate and strategic community-driven initiatives. Our programming touches all pillars that we believe creates a strong community, including youth mentorship, business development and community accountability. These are the services and programs that our residents need and expect and they are critical to our quality of life.

Our initiatives are created to go beyond our office. We launched these programs to allow the community to play an active role in all aspects as well as providing every resident an opportunity to have a voice as we continue to build our neighborhoods up and guide them in a positive direction.
